VIBRATING TABLE

The Vibrating Table is a crucial tool in the precast industry, designed to compact cement mixtures in molds effectively, enabling a continuous production cycle. It allows for the immediate demolding of concrete products, ensuring fast, high-quality production. For over 40 years, Cacciamani has been manufacturing Vibrating Tables of all sizes and types to best meet customer needs, categorized as follows:

Reinforced Vibrating Tables: this type of table can be made in various sizes and is capable of vibrating large concrete products, even larger than the table itself. It is also possible to combine multiple vibrating tables simultaneously by attaching them to a special base. This table is characterized by a thick plate to distribute vibrations effectively. A powerful vibrating unit, made entirely of steel with oil-tempered gears, is installed at the center and powered by an electric motor. Typically, this table is equipped with soundproof panels to comply with acoustic regulations; however, upon request, it can be made without the panels, especially for non-EU countries.

Vibrating Benches: these smaller benches are primarily used for vibrating long and low molds. The molds are placed between the two benches, allowing the vibration to be distributed more along the length rather than the height. High-frequency vibrators are usually mounted for this type of equipment.

Vibrating Support Table: this equipment is designed to vibrate tubes, boxes, and other elements taller than 1 meter, up to 3 meters. It consists of a large base with a vertical vibrating unit at the center, enabling vibration transfer up to 3 meters. The vibrating unit can be lubricated with grease or oil and is powered by an electric motor.

All Vibrating Tables can be equipped with an electrical control panel featuring an inverter or frequency converter, allowing adjustment of vibration frequency and power, ensuring optimal vibration for the element being processed.

We also provide all spare parts for vibrating tables, including vibrators, motors, springs, and other necessary components.
