BATCHER

Cacciamani batchers are innovative and precise solutions for controlling and managing mixtures in industrial processes. We offer three categories of dosators, each designed to meet specific needs: dosators for cement, liquids, and dyes.

The cement batching is a weight-based system, complete with an electronic load cell, a display unit, shielded cables, a conical/cylindrical cement container, a D.250 discharge outlet, two loading mouths, a motorized butterfly valve with a geared motor and electric limit switch, a vent tube, and an electric vibrator that activates automatically when the cement is loaded into the hopper. Additionally, it includes rubber sleeves for connecting the screw conveyors and the mixing hopper, along with tightening clamps.

Weight-based liquid additive dosators, complete with pump cylinder and cell, amplifiers with minimum and maximum thresholds, pre-assembled support for the additive dosator, capacitive probes for humidity on the aggregate hopper, a device for managing probes with 0-10V output, and a flow meter with pulse counter.

These weight-based dosators for dyes come with a traction load cell. They are automatic and open at the top, equipped with a motorized discharge valve with a butterfly valve. A microswitch is included for the automatic stop of the dye screw conveyors. The dosator also features a vibrator that activates automatically when the dye is discharged.

The dosator is complete with a supporting frame and a discharge system onto the dosing conveyor belt.
