FAST TILTING MECHANISM

This equipment is designed for tilting molds with a maximum height of 250/350 mm and even very long molds, up to 5 meters. It is ideal for molds such as manholes, posts for vineyards and orchards, gutters, retaining wall blocks, road tiles, channels, and more.

The practical automatic mold attachment/detachment system makes production flexible and dynamic, as changing molds is quick and simple.

The operation is fast and straightforward. Using a forklift, the mold is moved from the feeding and vibration area to the demolding zone. Unlike the Hydraulic Balancer, the Fast Hydraulic Tilter rotates the mold 180° with an off-center pivot, quickly flipping the mold in a snapping motion for efficient demolding.
