SELF-PROPELLED CE 110 BLOCK MAKING MACHINE
The CE 110/S Self-Propelled Block Machine (SEMI-AUTOMATIC OR AUTOMATIC) is designed to produce interlocking paving stones, pavé, blocks, curbs, chimney flues, volterrane, and other products with heights ranging from 6 to 30 cm.
Available lengths: 30/40/50/60.
The machine is equipped with two side vibrators with self-braking motors and an additional vibration motor on the comb.
To ensure precise operation, the block machine features a dual transmission system with an axle to maintain parallel alignment. The self-braking motor for movement ensures an accurate stop.
The machine also includes a rack and pinion mechanism for the precise lowering of the comb and mold, ensuring consistent product height.
Machine advancement and vibrator activation are automatic and fully adjustable. Safety protections with corresponding electrical contacts are provided.
At the front, a safety bar halts the machine instantly upon encountering an obstacle.
A warning light indicates when the machine is in operation.
DAILY PRODUCTION CAPACITY:
- 9,000 blocks (20x40x20 cm) in an 8-hour workday.
- 700 m² of interlocking paving (H 6/8/10 cm) in an 8-hour workday.
The block machine must be adequately supplied for optimal performance.
