To comprehensively address the issue of storage and dosing of aggregates, we are capable of designing batching plants of various types: by weight, weight/volume, volume, and with scraping reaches. These plants, tailored to meet customer requirements, can be designed as monoblock or modular units and have the option to be fed by a primary hopper. For several years now, we have also been producing mobile mini batching plants. The plants described above are built using the finest materials and construction concepts that ensure the highest reliability for structures designed to withstand heavy stresses. These plants can be equipped with: electronic control panels (automatic and semi-automatic), vibrators to resolve material flow issues where necessary, systems to monitor and manage moisture in the aggregates, as well as computers and printers with software capable of monitoring consumption and recipe requirements.
