SELF-PROPELLED CE 105 BLOCK MAKING MACHINE

The CE 105/S Self-Propelled Block Machine (SEMI-AUTOMATIC OR AUTOMATIC) is designed for the production of interlocking pavements, Pavè, blocks, curbs, chimney flues, volterrane, and other products with heights ranging from 6 to 30 cm.

Available Lengths: 30/40/50/60 cm.

The machine is equipped with 2 lateral vibrators with self-braking motors and 1 additional vibrator at the comb.
To ensure perfect movement, the block machine features dual transmission, with a shaft to maintain parallelism. The advancement motor is self-braking to allow for a precise stop.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with rack and pinion mechanisms to ensure the smooth descent of the comb and mold, achieving consistent height for each product.
The machine’s advancement and vibrator activation are fully automatic and adjustable. It is also fitted with safety guards with corresponding electrical contacts.
An impact bar is positioned at the front, instantly halting the movement when it encounters an obstacle.
A flashing light indicates when the machine is in operation.

DAILY PRODUCTION

• 5,000 Blocks (20x40x20) in 8 working hours.
• 500 m² Interlocking Pavements (Height 6/8/10) in 8 working hours.

The block machine must be adequately supplied.
